Andoku is a powerful Sudoku app. Easily the best Sudoku App. If you are an accomplished player or novice, it has all the tools to help you get better. It also includes tutorials and a solver to guide when you get stuck. Best of all, the developer actual answers messages

Allows you to learn rather than just pass time
seems like a well thought out game. I just can't recommend it to others especially younger kids due to the graphic ads that get displayed between each game

This app even has tutorials and many levels of difficulty and variations. No other sudoku app even comes close.
This is the one! All the essentials, dark mode, good performance, works offline, and minimal ads (runs a single ad after puzzle is complete) Pleasant experience from a good developer that isn't greedy!
AWESOME! it does an auto fill feature if you want it and endless hints. No ridiculous limits to either of these, and they're free. definitely my favorite sudoku
